na, here mostly about leaders decide.. but they do take members in consideration

Well, we have a list of people that want to join in our private area. Members can say who they prefer and who they don't wanna see joining the clan.
Rousback and Badbest then take the decision and of course will keep in mind what the members said about people on the list.
Then they will most likely pick a person that is acting good and is active on server/forum.

And we do have some kind of democracy, but if we make a poll/vote then you will always see that it's 50/50. So the leader has to make a decision thats why we call rousback a dictator, but if we say something like that it's most of the time a troll or sarcasm.

Actually, everytime we make a poll, members think it's funny to make the vote goes to 50/50 :SSS

Of course i remember u =P if u want we can scrim when we got time. scrimed today with bananas and lowrider. we won 4-0. but bananas seemed to have his bad day xD just one example. first map deli. hi wanted to snip. i rushed the dyna like lowrider did on the other wall. than i only see in the chat: Suxxor(Bananas aka): wtf im blind i cant snip. i wondered and died. wanna know why he couldnt snipe? he had a sten in his hand xD
