Firstly, Cheese Sandwich contains a lot of different substances, break into 3 categories beef, vegetables and cheese. These 3 categories contain carbohydrates, proteins, fats and fibre. What we eat of our daily life is very important to know how it works in our body to ensure the benefits of them.

This is where all foods will be digested again; the cheese that we ate is now turned into fats by the stomach acid called pepsin. Then its passed to the intestines, where the remaining sugars from the carbohydrates are broken down into glucose, then all the nutrients and other food containing are absorbed but the foods like fibre wont absorbed, this because it cant digested, therefore there are no chance to get absorbed into our body, therefore it just helps our faeces to excrete easier. The wastes goes to appendix, where the faeces stores after that you can excrete from appendix into rectum.
