I have banned 'Special' for his/her use of WH. Kimi was also spectator for a long duration and can corroborate my suspicions.
Other members who witness entail WAR: Axi, Milkybarkid & SlaybaQ.
The most significant part of this video occurs at 1:35.

That's your evidence?........ smh. Don't make vids make demos.Your settings are also balls. He clearly saw that guy running toward the smoke at 1:35 and could have hit him based on logical tracking plus pure luck (or he could have seen something with different graphic settings, where's that demo?). I don't see anything remotely WH suspicious in the rest of the vid. Imo this won't hold up in court and based only on this you will have to unban him if he files a complaint. Let's see what the other players and witnesses has to say, hopefully they have better demos. Judge Kay out.

He was preshooting me from weird places before this, so i knew it but just had to prove it. In this vid there is for example the obvious spot where he runs up the stairs and preshoots to a box behind it there is axis medic.

Definately doesn't use it all the time. I can see where your suspicions came from tho. Here's few spots on both demos to check out:

Special Delivery:
- 10:05 (waiting for the ladder guy to come (?))
- Around 8:00 gets spooked by the other guy before even seeing him and my headphones weren't good enough to hear it so...

Missile (?)
- Around 4:00 waits for the guy to come, no visual before. Couldn't hear it myself.
- 2:45 weird way to change targets and if it was me I couldn't have seen that without wallhack rofl.

If first is beter than he is clean...All the time could hear Lux coming and only one suspicious moment but can realy explain it with spawn timing.

I hope you didn't ban him yet. There's nothing suspicious about him.

omg... guys luux then creeps(skrada³) and he couldnt hear him ;x

hehe it was lucky shot i would probably do same after Lux didnt show at usual spawn exit at time there is a moment when Lux used totaly diferent way and Uv (or whatever hes name is) was just a step behind him but didnt have idea where is Lux and imidiately went for control buton (with shownormals 1 you can clearly see uv could follow him if he had cheats but didnt know where). Also rest of demo for example when Lux went for tracks way and hide in main hall behind column i could se him sticking out of there with my FOV (even with r_shownormals off) so could find him without problem
Even if that guy use cheats (probably dont) we realy cant prove him that with this demo. No tracking, no preshots and realy not looking like wh knowing... just one lucky shot in whole demo.
