Co-op games: Ghost Recon

The Original Ghost Recon and its two bonus discs made a really great game. The Object of the game was to liberate Ukraine (or similar areas) from the opression of russian soldiers. The First expansion showed us Ethiopia and Eritrea and the final expansion showed us Cuba (and Colombia). I rarely played this alone as I had a few friends with whom I played this as a co-op game.

Playing with a team of four to six players it was hard job to do and survive. The graphic engine is not up to the great graphics of these days, but the game really shines on night missions where you have to use night vision goggles. Otherwise you couldnt play
On our server today we used Teamspeak to play (although some of the players were on the other side ) and it reminded me about Ghost Recon a lot. Same feeling and fun factor was there again! Not the rushing as if you get hit once that might kill you and the rest of the team has to continue without you.

We used to play Rainbow 6 games too but for some unknown reason they lagged a lot and Ghost Recon did not. Go figure...

yes but it doesnt mean its bad game,for example operation flashpoint cold war crisis is still exellent game...thought now im love with seguel:dragon rising..it rocks,and it has cool artillery and airstrike possibilities.Looks rly awesome if you have good pc to run it full graphics.
